Continuous Emissions Monitoring
The UltraCEM is designed to continuously determine the concentration of O2, CO, CO2, SO2, and NOx in a flowing gaseous mixture. It is computer controlled in a temerature environmental enclosed in a rugged NEMA 4X enclosure acceptable for a harsh environment as well as a plate mount option.

UltraCEM with UniDAS installed includes everything needed to meet EPA requirements. Any web browser can be used to monitor the UniDAS and create needed reports. Because
UniDAS is web-based, no software needs to be installed on workstations.
Use existing computers.
Whether running Linux, Windows or Solaris, existing computers can be used to monitor and configure the UniDAS and create reports.
Universal Circuit Analyzer
The UCA-3000 is part of the continuity and relay tester products that CEMTROL, Inc. offers. It has distributed switching capability. It has been shown that distributed switching is easier to adapt and more cost-effective than centralized switching found in other circuit analyzers.
The UCA-3000 tests resistance and hipot, with optional testing of AC and DC voltage, inductance, capacitance, frequency, and diodes. The menu-driven software combines easy-to-use powerful test program editing and macros. The system is portable and incorporates the industry standard IEEE-488 bus.
Surface Mount Device Rework Station
The SMDRS (Surface Mount Device Rework Station) is utilized for removing and replacing various sizes and styles of fine pitch Surface Mount Devices (SMDs). One of the main features of the SMDRS is that it can handle large SMD components up to 4 inches (102mm) as well as 12 mil (0.31mm) fine pitch components. SMDRS can handle Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) that may have a wide variety of SMD devices having fine pitch leads, multiple packaging styles and varying body characteristics.
Magnetic Tape Unit Replacement
The MTUR is a system designed to replace older, unformatted nine track tape drives that due to the passage of time, have become unreliable and difficult to maintain. The MTUR is built utilizing current technological components which yield improved reliability, increased performance and capacity.
