CEMTROL has a full range of manufacturing and rework capabilities using the latest computer aided manufacturing (CAM) software to efficiently produce high-quality complex machined parts. The Company uses a variety of milling and lathe machines to handle the most precision machining requirements. CEMTROL rework services include parts and services required for actual repair/replacement of sub-components to ensure each product performs to its original functional condition.

CEMTROL provides cost-effective, technologically advanced test and evaluation services to its customers.  The Company is capable of testing or evaluating various supplies and products for proper levels of operation or standards.  CEMTROL has experience in the applications of MIL-9858A, MIL-I-4520A and associated DOD and international commercial quality certification requirements, including quality testing, compatibility compliance, reliability testing, and environmental (EMI, ESD, shock, vibration, temperature, etc.) testing. 

CEMTROL also provides analysis of supplies to ensure they meet required quality, operational and supportable standards for their intended use.  CEMTROL assists with identifying supplier’s quality standards, product supportability requirements, and can define resources to be used for supplies testing.  CEMTROL will work with design engineers, vendors and sub-contractors, participate in studies, attend formal and informal design reviews, and perform tests, when needed, and will review all end-product specifications and drawings to ensure that engineering, training, and safety issues are addressed.  These value-added services are implemented to improve productivity and assure a competitive product, resulting in increased profit margins for its customers.

The Company’s design and manufacturing facility is located in Anaheim, California. The facility consists of approximately 6,000 square feet and is located approximately 40 miles south of Los Angeles and within close proximity to LAX and John Wayne Airports.   The facility houses its' corporate offices, engineering, computer R&D, electronic test lab, production assembly,solder reflow area, environmental testing, conventional tools department, shipping and receiving.
